dōTERRA'S Touch Oils

dōTERRA also makes some of its oils in a touch variant. These are roll on bottles with essential oils, both single oils and various mixtures which in turn are mixed with coconut oil, and ready to use.

I love these touch oils, as they are incredibly practical. I always have someone lying in the bedside drawer, in my bag, and in the office. It's so incredibly easy to just roll it on when I need to. I use some of the touch oils daily, and I change it up a little based on what I feel I need. Some I use in the morning, and some in the evening. I also have some that I use as perfumes and some when I go out in the forest, especially in summer. I actually have many favorites for different uses. As perfumes, I like to swap around with jasmine, rose, neroli and magnolia.

To get started in the morning, I like to use peppermint. In the afternoon / early evening I like to use lavender. Frankincense I roll morning, day and night when I remember, and I roll my throat chakra which always needs a little extra love and care. I also often use Frankincense in the evening when I go to bed, I use Rose or Jasmine on both the Third Eye, behind the ears, a little under the nose and wrists. It gives me peace and harmony, and helps me fall asleep faster. I love the touch oils when I meditate, rolling it on the third eye, behind the ears and in the neck.

I also have several other touch oils in case I need them, have both Tea Tree, DigestZen and On Guard. In case of seasonal threats, I would have used Oregano for a couple of days, then I would have continued with On Guard for a week. It is a perfect cure to keep viruses and bacteria away from the body, or make them escape out of the body. dōTERRA also has a fantastic emotional range of oils that I use often, and they are also available in touch. Then you have both Motivate, Passion, Cheer, Forgive, Console, and Peace. So here is a lot to choose from. I will write more about all the touch oils eventually. My favorite at the moment is Cheer!
