My Tools
Here you can read about all the different tools that I use in my practices. These are things that give me strength, guidance and support and I use many of these for my clients as well.

Tarot
Tarot cards are a tool you can use to work with your subconscious and your personal development.
A common misconception is that tarot cards are used to predict the future, but this is an old-fashioned view as most people use the cards as a therapeutic tool to help others or themselves.
A tarot deck always contains 78 cards with different images, numbers, archetypes and symbols that represent different stages in our consciousness.
I use tarot cards as a guidance tool around different themes in your life: love, money, career, life paths, self-development, manifesting goals, meditation etc.

Oracle Cards
While tarot cards always have a fixed structure where you work according to a certain system, oracle and angel cards lack a system and are more intended as a tool where you can work freely and receive more direct messages.
For example, oracle cards usually have a text with a message on the card or a number. They can have different themes such as animals, angels, butterflies etc.
Oracle and Angel Cards are very good in counseling situations and when you want to look at spiritual development and emotional states.
I have both Tarot and Oracle readings, 15min and 30min, that you can book where I can mix both tarot and oracle cards or if you just want one of the tools.

Lenormand
There are 36 cards in a classic Lenormand deck. One never interprets a card separately. All cards must be read and interpreted together with other cards.
While the Tarot has many symbols and can differ in meaning from time to time - Lenormand has ONE symbol that is used all the time.
All cards mean the same thing, regardless of how they are painted or what is in the picture.
For this symbol, however, after a while you can have up to 10-20 assumed meanings for that symbol. Click here if you are interested in a full lenormand reading.
Lenormand is usually more straightforward than many other systems.

Charms
Charm casting, is like any other form of divination, a collection of objects/ symbols that are used to represent a set of meanings that can offer personal insights, clarity and in some cases, a glimpse into the future for the querent.
Why I like charms for divination is because the charms you collect and use are personal and of your own choice. Meaning that you create your own divination set by collecting objects that speak to you. Click here if a charm reading sounds interesting.
I like using this method in addition to a tarot/oracle/lenormand reading to give even more deeper insight. I also have dice and letters that I like to add to readings.

Astrology
Astrology is a symbolic language that can be used to better understand oneself: Who I am in my nature, how I relate to other people, explore life themes, needs, challenges and abilities, and to get inspiration to navigate through life.
As a tool, a so-called astrology map is used, which is a snapshot of how the planets, sun and moon were in relation to your position on earth when you were born. I offer such sessions where I explore your natal chart. I look at everything from elements, to themes like love, friendships, jobs, family and life themes.
I also post things about astrology on the blog - such as lunar phases, the temporary positions of different planets and their meaning, as well as what season we are in and how we can thrive best in it.

Chakra
The seven most central Chakras run from the root of our spine up to the top of the scalp. The Chakras can be seen as vortices or energy wheels in the body that are in constant motion.
All Chakras are connected and affect how we feel, how we express ourselves and who we are. For us to feel good, it is important that energy can flow freely through our Chakras.
We can get an imbalance or blockage in a Chakra, if we have, for example, pushed away a feeling or a difficult event. A Chakra can be both under and overactive.
Meditation, Yoga, Breathing exercises and journaling are among the things that can help you open your Chakras.

Color Therapy
Colors are so intimately connected with our emotional life that we even use them to express emotions, as in "green with envy", "feeling blue", seeing things "black or white" and "walking on pink clouds". It is no wonder that chromotherapy, aka color therapy, can be used to restore our balance and relieve both physical and mental ailments.
All the colors of the rainbow are a sign of happiness, harmony and abundance. Among people all over the world, the rainbow is deeply associated with joy and positive unity. The colors have a mutually harmonious sequence, all aspects of color have their place in life. In the land of the rainbow, we also all belong together and are all parts of the same world.
You can book a Color Reading here where you can choose the color in advance.

Crystals
Stones and crystals come from nature and are created from minerals during various processes deep underground. A crystal is a mineral that has been allowed to grow freely under ideal conditions. Due to their unique composition, they each have a unique healing property in resonance with the energy field in our body. They can amplify, focus, direct, absorb, distribute and transmit different levels of energy and thus promote self-healing.
Worn on the body, e.g. around the neck, the crystal is said to be able to strengthen resilience, counteract stress and harmonize the body's energy. By placing crystals and stones in different colors on chakras, more color and light are able to strengthen the body. You can also use these crystals around your home to add different energies depending on the properties of the crystal.

Aroma Therapy
Lastly, Aromatherapy!
Natural medicine aromatherapy is a versatile treatment, based on extensive knowledge of the chemistry of essential oils. Some oils can strengthen the immune system, others can have a relaxing effect or can help with bacteria and infections in the body.
You can read more about essential oils here and also start buying your own oils by becoming a member of doTERRA here.
Aromatherapy can also be used as supportive therapy and complementary therapy to medicine or other forms of natural therapy.
